1. First-time purchase refund window
We want you to actually use the product and form an opinion. If you subscribe and within 7 days (monthly) or 14 days (yearly)decide High Agents isn't for you, email abhijitastlar@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll refund the charge in full — no questions on the reason, though feedback is welcome and helps us improve.
This window applies to your first paid subscription on the account. Subsequent renewals (after the first period ends) are not eligible for this discretionary refund.
2. Auto-renewal refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge catches you off-guard and you contact us within 72 hours of the renewal and have not meaningfully used the Service in the new period (no briefs generated, no drafts created), we will refund the renewal in full. After 72 hours, or if the new period has been used, renewals are non-refundable but we will cancel future ones on request.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of your current paid period. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — see sections 1 and 2 for when refunds apply.
4. Outages and service failures
If the Service is materially unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance), we will pro-rate a credit or refund equal to the affected days on request.
5. Billing errors
Charged twice? Charged after cancelling? Wrong amount? That's on us. Email us within 90 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund any error in full.
6. What is non-refundable
- Subscriptions used past the windows in sections 1-2 (cancel to prevent future renewals).
- Charges where you violated our Terms of Service (e.g. abuse, spam, impersonation) and your account was suspended as a result.
7. How to request a refund
Email us at:
From the address on your account. Include:
- The date and amount of the charge.
- Which section above you're relying on.
- A one-line reason (optional but appreciated).
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
