1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using High Agents ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of highagents.space.
2. What the Service does
High Agents helps you generate research briefs and draft social-media posts in your voice using large language models (currently Anthropic Claude). You provide source material (tweets, topic, curated links) and the Service returns generated text you can review, edit, and copy to other platforms.
3. Account
You must be at least 18 to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- Pricing may change. We will give at least 30 days' notice via email before any price change affects your subscription.
- Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
5. AI-generated content — your responsibility
The Service produces draft text using third-party language models. Output can be inaccurate, biased, or fabricated. You are solely responsible for reviewing every draft before posting, including verifying facts, citations, statistics, names, dates, and any claims about other people or companies. We make no warranty that the output is accurate, original, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide (tweets you paste, topic, curated sources) and content the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train AI models.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or distribute illegal, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or hateful content;
- Impersonate another person or entity;
- Generate misleading content about identifiable people without their consent;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, or other operators' user data;
- Bypass rate limits, abuse the Service, or use it to provide a competing service.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties to function — currently Supabase (hosting and database), Anthropic (language model), Composio (X integration when enabled), Vercel (hosting), and a payment processor. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes at those providers.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You can terminate your account at any time from your settings. On termination, your access ends; we may retain copies of your data as required by law or to resolve disputes.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, India, unless local consumer-protection law gives you a right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
